ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Times
Orders are packed and shipped within 4 business days. Please allow 3–5 business days during busy periods.

Tracking
Full tracking is provided on all parcels.

Local Pickup
If you live near Maleny, Queensland, local collection can be arranged. Please get in touch after purchase to organise pickup.

PAINTING SHIPMENT DETAILS

Paintings Shipped Rolled
Unless otherwise arranged, paintings are removed from their stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a tube.

  • Large works are packed in sturdy PVC tubes

  • Small works are packed in standard postal tubes

This is a standard and safe method for shipping paintings internationally, protecting the work during transit.

Re-stretching the Painting
All paintings are created on standard-sized stretcher bars, which are universally available and can be easily re-stretched by any professional picture framer.

Prefer Your Painting Ready to Hang?
We can ship paintings on their original stretchers, ready to hang, in a custom-made plywood crate.

  • This incurs an additional fee to cover crate production and higher shipping costs.

  • Multiple paintings can be shipped in a single crate to reduce per-item costs.

  • To arrange this, please contact us after purchase for a custom shipping quote. The additional fee will be charged separately.

PRINT ORDERS

Prints are shipped rolled and packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.

VALUATION CERTIFICATES

For insurance purposes, a valuation certificate reflecting the current retail price of the artwork is available upon request after purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refunds
As a small studio practice, refunds are not available at this time. However, exchanges may be requested within 4 days of receiving your item.
Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email info@doggett.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • A photo of the damage

  • The name and details associated with your order

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.

Risk & Responsibility
Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
Allyson Reynolds is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels after dispatch.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal, the buyer is responsible for:

  • All original and return shipping charges

  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and monitored to receive deliveries.
